Aim of this Lovetone Wiki
Why a Wiki about Lovetone products?
Lovetone effects are widely famous pedals out of production, which reach sky-high prices for used units on the second-hand market, and are the object of desire of many, many musicians. Those are some of the reasons that have led the DIY community to collect info about them, reverse engineer them and make working replicas. The bad side of it, though, is that while most info is publicly available, it's also quite randomly distributed around the net. Also, when building a clone out of a schematic or project file, you are on your own - there's no support at all. There's no way to know if a certain schematic is right, or how to solve a certain bug you might encounter during the build. And that's where this Wiki comes!
- The aim of this Wiki is to collect and classify all the information available about Lovetone effects, to become a reference on the subject, as a non-profit, non-commercial open project.
Effect descriptions, latest news, schematics, layouts, building tips, mods... anything you could think of, is here.
Needless to say, your contributions are what improve this Wiki, so if you have any information about Lovetone and it's products which isn't here, let us know! Here's how, along with some suggestions.
Also, we would like to send a thousand thanks all those who have made this possible; in first place END, the chief designer at Lovetone, but also to the creative people who have been patient and kind enough to reverse engineer an effect and make a clone of it.
